1. Who Can Use LEWS
LEWS is intended for use by legal professionals, plaintiffs' firms, and organizations evaluating potential litigation matters. By using LEWS, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are using the platform for legitimate business or professional purposes.
2. Early Access
LEWS is currently offered on an invite-only, early access basis. Access may be limited, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice, as the platform evolves.
3. Account Registration
To use LEWS, you must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use LEWS for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems
- Scrape, resell, or redistribute data or reports obtained through LEWS without our prior written consent
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
5. Intelligence Data and No Legal Advice
LEWS aggregates and analyzes publicly available signals — including FDA adverse event reports, medical literature, court filings, and consumer complaints — to help identify emerging litigation trends. This information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. You are solely responsible for independently verifying any data before relying on it in connection with legal or business decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
LEWS, including its underlying software, design, and analysis methodology, is owned by DecoverAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
LEWS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it surfaces is complete or accurate.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DecoverAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of LEWS.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date above. Continued use of LEWS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
